Program Room Availability Calendar
- ALL reservation requests must be made a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.
- Reservations may not supersede a 2 hour time limit ⠀
- The requester is responsible for checking room availability calendar(s) to find an available time before submitting a request.
- If a room request has been filled out that is no longer needed, the requester will reach out via email to prlacc@uconn.edu as soon as possible.
- PROGRAM ROOM RESERVATIONS: Student organizations seeking to host General Body Meetings (GBMs) must request between the following hours Monday-Thursday, 5-8PM.
- CONFERENCE ROOM RESERVATIONS: This space can only be booked for one-time meetings. The conference room is NOT for events, reoccurring GBMs, or reoccurring e-board meetings.
- KITCHEN RESERVATIONS: This requires a $40 (in cash) deposit per reservation in case any supplies are damaged during your kitchen use–we want to maintain our space for future use. The deposit must be turned in to PRLACC front desk staff and will be returned promptly after you pass the post event inspection by our staff. Complete the “Kitchen Checklist” before and after the use of the kitchen.
