Events Calendar

Throughout the year, PRLACC organizes and supports events to educate the campus community about and honor our collective heritage. From Latin Fest, an annual spring celebration co-sponsored by the Jorgensen Center for the Performing Arts; to Homecoming, where PRLACCians compete with other student organizations in the banner, alma mater, parade, lip sync, and royalty competitions; to several guest speakers, panel discussions, and other events in between, we invite all of UConn to commemorate, learn from, and examine our history and culture.

PRLACC Room Reservations Request

ALL reservation requests must be made a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. PROGRAM ROOM RESERVATIONS: Student organizations seeking to host General Body Meetings (GBMs) must request between the following hours Monday-Thursday, 5-8PM. CONFERENCE ROOM RESERVATIONS: This space can only be booked for one-time meetings. The conference room is NOT for events, reoccurring GBMs, or reoccurring e-board meetings. KITCHEN RESERVATIONS: This requires a $40 (in cash) deposit per reservation in case any supplies are damaged during your kitchen use--we want to maintain our space for future use. The deposit must be turned in to PRLACC front desk staff and will be returned promptly after you pass the post event inspection by our staff. Complete the "Kitchen Checklist" before and after the use of the kitchen.
